PAYMENTS
To secure your place on one of our nature tours or expeditions, we require a 20% deposit at the time of booking. The remaining balance must be paid no later than 30 days before the start of your trip. For shorter activities and day tours under 24 hours, we kindly ask for full payment upon booking.
Some tours require a minimum number of participants to be confirmed. Upon booking, you will receive an automated confirmation email, followed by a second email once your booking is guaranteed. Please wait to arrange travel and accommodation until you receive this confirmation.
CANCELLATIONS & CHANGES
We understand that plans can change, and we aim to offer flexibility wherever possible.
If you need to cancel your trip with less than 30 days' notice, unfortunately, we are unable to offer a refund. However, we will always do our best to accommodate you on a future tour.
NATURE EXPERIENCES & GUARANTEES
Our tours are designed to offer authentic wildlife and nature experiences in their natural environment. However, we work with wild animals in the wild, and Nature does not follow a fixed schedule. While we use our experience and knowledge to increase the chances of wildlife sightings, we cannot guarantee specific encounters with animals like elk, beavers, or northern lights.
Additionally, weather conditions may affect certain outdoor activities. In the case of extreme weather, we will offer alternative activities suitable for the conditions. Please understand that last-minute adjustments may be necessary to ensure your safety and enjoyment.
YOUR SAFETY & RESPONSIBILITY
Your safety is our top priority. Please follow the instructions of your guide at all times and respect the rules of the tour and accommodation.
Guests are responsible for their own personal belongings and must carry any necessary medication (e.g., asthma inhalers or allergy treatments). If you have any special needs or medical conditions, please inform us in advance.
For safety reasons, we expect all guests to be sober during activities. Our guides reserve the right to exclude anyone under the influence of alcohol or drugs from participating in tours.
FORCE MAJEURE
In rare cases, events beyond our control may prevent us from running a tour as planned. These include, but are not limited to, natural disasters, severe weather conditions, political unrest, or transport disruptions. In such cases, we will do our best to offer alternative arrangements, but we are not liable for any additional costs incurred due to such circumstances.
TRAVEL PROTECTION & LEGAL INFORMATION
Your booking with us is protected under European Union travel regulations, ensuring your money is safe. In the unlikely event that our company faces financial difficulties, you are entitled to a refund or repatriation under Directive (EU) 2015/2302.

COMPLAINTS & DISPUTES
If you encounter any issues during your stay or tour, please inform us immediately, so we have the chance to address the situation. Complaints made after the tour ends may not be eligible for compensation. If you are not satisfied with the outcome, please send a written complaint to us within 14 days of returning home.
