I recently joined a wildlife tour with VILD in the beautiful forests of Värmland. It was an experience I’ll never forget! Our guide was incredibly knowledgeable and passionate, making the journey both educational and deeply immersive. The highlights of the tour were beyond my expectations. We were fortunate to spot several big moose, including the rare and breathtaking white moose, whose presence felt almost mythical. Like a ghost in the forest. As if that weren’t enough, we also encountered a great grey owl. I can’t recommend this tour enough to anyone who loves nature and seeks really authentic encounters with Sweden’s wildlife. Departure from Ekenäs or another harbor on Värmlandsnäs
Meet your experienced guide and get a brief introduction to the tour. Learn about the bird species we may encounter, including majestic white-tailed eagles, ospreys, red-breasted mergansers, and various waders.
Cruise through the Lurö Archipelago
Journey through a maze of islands, from large, forested landmasses to smaller, rocky outcrops. This pristine environment is a haven for birdlife, and our guide will take you to the best observation spots.
White-Tailed Eagle Spotting
