ALL OUR WORKSHOPS TAKE PLACE EATHER AT WILD SECRET SPOTS OUT IN THE FOREST OR IN OUR TIMBERHOUSE STUDIO IN THE CENTER OF GLASKOGEN.

In this workshop we are going to print botanical monotypes, using plants, flowers, leaves or grasses.
The monotype is a printing process that produces a single print that cannot be repeated.
The workshop is aimed at people who love being out in the forest and using its beauty and energy to get inspired and engage with their creativity.
We start with a walk through the magnificent Glaskogen and collect our natural printing material ourselves.
We try different plants and colors in order to understand the principle of artistic composition.
Your own ideas quickly emerge as you do it and the fun of experimenting begins.
Drawing skills are not necessary!
But make sure you dont come into your best clothes.

WORKSHOP #3
In this course we work on different printingprocesses such as carton cutting, material printing and gravure.
The experimental techniques we have developed do not require complex equipment.
We make the printing plates ourselves, sustainably sourced - only from recycled materials.
These simple printing processes set off impulses to experiment with the materials and discover your own creative skills with impressive results.
Best of all, they are easy to implement at home.
This course is suitable for beginners and people with advanced skills.
The course takes place in an old timber churchbuilding in the middle of Glaskogens Nature Reserve.
We offer adults only and family courses.

The cyanotype or blueprint is one of the oldest photographic processes. It is an analogue technique that develops botanical images with help of sunlight
Hardly anyone can escape the fascination and joy of that process when, after exposure to the sun, the intense blue image is created in front of your eyes.
In the middle of the forest we experiment with flowers and plants that are growing around us to create beautiful artistic prints.
Take home your own prints of Glaskogens plants to hang them onto your walls.
This course is suitable for beginners and advanced people.

We offer creative workshops for children in cooperation with divers partners and at different places.
From Juli to August we are at Cafe Carl in Lenungshammar every tuesday with a alterning program for kids in cooperation with Glaskogens Stiftelsen.
